Frequently Asked Questions
When will I hear from someone?
Nancy, our Project Coordinator, will contact you to review your project, answer questions, and discuss scheduling expectations. If you have questions before then, please contact our office at (517) 327-1005 and select Option 2.
When will I know my start date?
Project schedules are finalized as we get closer to installation. Factors such as weather, permit approvals, material availability, and production schedules can affect timing. We will keep you informed as your project approaches our schedule.
If you have scheduling preferences, upcoming travel plans, or specific timing considerations, please discuss them with Nancy when she contacts you.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different, and installation timelines vary based on project scope, weather conditions, site conditions, and material availability.
Some projects may be completed in a single day, while others may take several days or be completed in multiple phases. For example, projects involving multiple trades—such as roofing and gutters, roofing and siding, or siding and windows—may be completed in separate stages rather than all at once. Your Project Manager will discuss the anticipated timeline for your specific project before construction begins.
What time will the crew arrive?
Crew arrival times vary based on travel schedules, weather conditions, material deliveries, and the location of prior jobs. We will provide the most accurate arrival information available as your start date approaches.
When will I receive my final invoice?
Final invoices are typically issued after your project is substantially complete and any required inspections or closeout items have been completed. Our office will provide the invoice and payment instructions once your project is ready for closeout.
